Title: Enable Chart screen in multiple PC mode
Post by: kmagee on October 19, 2025, 08:02:19 PM
I'm setting up a SIM for my local cadet corp and I have everything working except the chart screen. I have 1 server PC running 3 TV screens, 1 helm PC, 1 radar pc and I would like 1 chart pc similar to the picture on the "In Use" page with the little ships wheel display. The laptop to the right in that picture seems to be displaying a chart. How would I enable that as a secondary view?

Hi, Bridge Command outputs simulated GPS and other NMEA data, which can be used with a chart plotter.

You can use OpenCPN, or any other plotter (as long as it will accept NMEA data).

You can use a serial connection, but it's probably easiest to use NMEA over UDP. By default Bridge Command will send NMEA data to localhost port 10110, these settings can be changed in the main settings editor (NMEA tab).
